Each of us arrives into this community of seekers in our own individual way. We are on a Path into our own hearts and along the way we want to develop a practice that resonates so that we can stay with it and receive the benefits. As we go deeper, it is helpful to turn toward the roots of our practices and understand more about the 'yoga of devotion'. Nina is a seeker and chanter and she will share about ‘Bhakti’, a word often heard in yoga circles, and how it defines our practice. We will also sing and chant together.
