Join sisters, Shamina (yoga teacher) and her sister, Nina (musician) for a slow flow and restorative yoga class with live music and chanting.

Shamina will lead the asana and breath practice. Nina will provide the sound backdrop for the movement practice through gentle chanting of mantra with harmonium accompaniment during the practice. All practitioners will be invited to chant in call-and-response as a group to end the evening. All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
