Join us for a lovely evening of yoga and chanting at Solid Gold Yogi. Nina will play live accompaniment during a 90 min Jivamukti yoga class taught by Tiffany with hands on assists by Leslie, followed by a short call and response chanting practice with Nina. Whether new or experienced, all are welcome.
